As a participant in this run/walk 5K event I release Riverview Baptist Church and the Borough of New Eagle of any liability for any injury or disease I may sustain in this event. I recognize my responsibility participate safely especially recognizing the danger from uneven sidewalk, the danger from crossing intersections, and the danger from the corona virus.

This event is designed for fun. Please be safe at all times.

1. Be careful on the uneven sidewalk. Unless this is your first 5K, don’t even try for a personal best
2. Watch for cars. Some drivers don’t always obey stop signs.
3. Stop at corners or at street crossings if there is traffic.
